Life feels heavy right now, and you’re tired of pretending you’re fine. You want relief, clarity, and a safe space where you can finally exhale, without judgment. If you’re navigating anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem challenges, or struggling to build meaningful connections, you’re not alone and you don’t have to go through it alone. I welcome you into a therapeutic space where your story can unfold without judgement.
Background
As a Guyanese immigrant now calling Canada home, I understand the emotional and cultural complexities that can come with adapting to a new environment. My own experiences with anxiety, depression, and self-discovery have shaped how I show up as a therapist , with empathy, openness, and deep respect for your journey. I know what it’s like to feel out of place or overwhelmed, and I also know the power of healing through connection, self-acceptance, and community.
Your therapeutic experience with me
My role is to create a space where you feel safe to be yourself : in your fullness, your vulnerability, and your strength. Therapy with me is not about fixing you, because you’re not broken. It’s about helping you notice what’s already within you, reconnect with your inner resources, and create the life you want to live. If you’re ready to begin, we’ll move at your pace, in your way , building trust, exploring what matters to you, and honouring your resilience every step of the way.
