EnglishBackground
I've worked in mental health for 25 years and it continues to be my passion. Before starting my private practice several years ago, I worked in various mental health settings because I wanted to understand and learn as much about mental health as possible before embarking on my own. This included community mental health, hospital settings, gambling addictions, anxiety disorders clinic, forensics settings, and geriatrics and dementia care.

These are the areas I commonly work with, and they form a big part of the support I offer in my practice:

I also draw on other evidence based approaches that can gently support you when they align with what you need:

Emotion-focused Therapy (EFT)
