Do you find yourself overwhelmed by emotion, stuck in cycles you can’t explain, or constantly questioning your worth? Maybe you’re tired of carrying the weight of the past, unsure how to move forward, or feeling disconnected from who you truly are. I’m a Registered Psychotherapist and Art Therapist, here to support you in reconnecting with your true self.
Background
My path to becoming a therapist began 18 years ago, shaped by a personal commitment to turn pain into purpose. I’ve come to believe that healing happens when we feel safe enough to face our full selves—our fears, hopes, and everything in between. This understanding shapes the way I show up: with warmth, curiosity, and a non-judgmental presence. In our work together, we’ll gently uncover the beliefs and behaviours that may no longer serve you, explore the impact of past experiences or trauma, and find ways to manage symptoms that feel overwhelming. Together, we’ll begin to reconnect you with a deeper sense of clarity, confidence, and trust in yourself.
Your therapeutic experience with me
Whether through talk therapy or art therapy, our sessions will be guided by what works best for you. My approach is collaborative and flexible, drawing on practical tools and evidence-based techniques to support lasting change. Together, we’ll explore the emotional and relational patterns that may be holding you back, and work toward building new ways to cope, connect, and grow. Along the way, you’ll gain deeper insight and self-understanding, helping you make choices that feel more aligned with who you are. I bring experience from hospitals, treatment centres, and private practice, supporting clients with PTSD, mental health challenges, addiction, and self-worth struggles.

Therapeutic approaches

ART Therapy
Art therapy helps my clients access feelings and experiences that can be difficult to put into words. By creating, they often bypass defense mechanisms and conscious filters, allowing core issues to surface in a safe, tangible way. This process fosters deeper self-awareness and emotional release, opening pathways to healing that talk therapy alone might not reach. Art becomes a bridge to explore inner conflicts, trauma, and unresolved emotions, helping clients express what feels hidden or too overwhelming. Ultimately, art therapy supports transformation by making the invisible visible—empowering clients to reconnect with themselves and begin meaningful change.

Cognitive Processing Therapy
Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) helps you challenge beliefs shaped by trauma that may still be causing pain. Through structured reflection and skill-building, CPT supports you in reshaping these patterns, reducing distress, and reclaiming a sense of safety and empowerment.

Dialectical Behaviour Therapy
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) helps you build skills to manage intense emotions, improve relationships, and cope with distress without losing control. It's especially helpful if you feel overwhelmed, stuck in cycles, or struggle with black-and-white thinking. DBT blends acceptance with change—helping you respond more effectively and feel more in control.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) helps you understand how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours are connected. It offers practical tools to challenge unhelpful thinking and build healthier habits—supporting you in managing anxiety, depression, and everyday stress more effectively.
