Warm video welcome

As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I offer a grounded, compassionate presence rooted in a background in Healthcare, Education, and personal life transitions. These experiences inspire my passion to walk alongside others with curiosity and empathy as they navigate change, challenge, and growth. Therapy is your space to breathe, reset, and begin showing up as the version of yourself that feels most authentic.
Background
I’ve spent many years in healthcare and education, and eventually felt called to the work that has always held my heart, psychotherapy. I’ve never believed age defines learning, and I continue to grow as a lifelong learner in this field. Life transitions are part of being human. Some are welcome; others are painful and difficult. My own experiences with major transitions, along with the perspective that comes with age and lived experience, allow me to offer grounded, steady support to adults navigating health changes, retirement, and shifting relationships. Providing in-person and virtual therapy for adults in Stratford, Ontario and surrounding areas.
