Hi, I’m Dalia, a Registered Psychotherapist with a warm, client-centered approach. I support young adults and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. Using evidence-based approaches like EMDR, CBT, and mindfulness, I help clients build resilience and meaningful change. I aim to create a safe, inclusive space where you feel heard, empowered, and supported. I am licensed with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and committed to ethical, compassionate care.
