EnglishHi, and welcome. I'm really glad you found your way here. If you're reading this, there's likely a part of you that’s longing for something.Whether that be relief, clarity, connection, or simply to feel more like yourself again. Maybe you're carrying stories, patterns, or pain that no longer feel like yours to hold. Whatever has brought you here, I want you to know: you’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it all out on your own. Let's walk this journey together.
Background
Are you ready to do the deeper work? If you often feel anxious, emotionally overwhelmed, or weighed down by unprocessed experiences, I work with individuals who want to understand the “why” behind their patterns — the roots of perfectionism, people-pleasing, and the fear of rejection that quietly shape how they live and connect. I believe healing begins when we approach ourselves with curiosity and compassion, not pressure to “get over it.” Together, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface so you can move through life with greater clarity, safety, and self-trust.
Your therapeutic experience with me
Together, we can explore how early experiences and past wounds may still be shaping the way you show up in the world today. A central part of my work focuses on building a stronger relationship with the self. Cultivating self-worth, developing inner confidence, and healing the parts of you that feel unseen or not enough. If you've ever felt disconnected from who you truly are or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, I aim to meet you where you are to gently guide you toward deeper insight, and lasting change.
