I believe that owning our story is one of the bravest things we can do. It takes an immense amount of courage to face the parts of ourselves that feel heavy, overwhelming, or painful. Background

My style can be described as calm, collaborative, and gently challenging. Together we will create a space where you feel safe to express yourself while being encouraged toward meaningful change. I take an integrative approach to therapy, adapting each session to your needs, pace, and goals. I draw from person-centered and humanistic perspectives as well as various evidence-based models such as Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT, EFT, and IFS. My educational background in neuroscience also allows me to combine evidence-based psychological tools with an understanding of the biological foundations of human behaviour, providing a well-rounded approach to healing and growth.
