Looking for a therapist can feel overwhelming, and by the time most people reach out, they've been thinking about it for a while. Maybe you're dealing with something specific, or maybe life just feels harder than it used to. I'm not here to fix you, but I am here to help you figure out what's getting in your way. I tend to be direct but genuinely curious about what makes you... you. If you're tired of feeling stuck, let's see if we're a good fit.

Background

I have been working in the mental health field for 15 years, working as a psychometrist as a psychometrist, conducting psychological and neuropsychological assessments. That experience naturally led me to therapy, where I've been practicing for the past 5 years with my Masters in Counselling Psychology. I'm trained in a bunch of different approaches because, honestly, people are complex and one size doesn't fit all. I work with everything from CBT and somatic approaches to IFS parts work and trauma-informed methods like Accelerated Resolution Therapy and polyvagal interventions.

Your therapeutic experience with me

You won't get a therapist who pretends to have all the answers. You'll get someone genuinely interested in understanding your world ...not to judge or change it, but to really get what it's like to be you. I notice patterns you might not see, but won't force insights on you. We work at your pace. If something doesn't feel right, we'll talk. I might suggest new approaches when they make sense.

rating

Accelerated Resolution Therapy

Accelerated Resolution Therapy helps clients process distressing memories without re-traumatization. Using eye movements and guided imagery, ART allows clients to reduce the emotional intensity of traumatic experiences and replace distressing images with more positive ones.

rating

Internal Family Systems

Internal Family Systems helps clients understand and heal the different 'parts' within them—like the inner critic, protector, or wounded child. By accessing their core Self, clients learn to lead with compassion and curiosity, which allows them to unburden painful emotions, resolve internal conflicts, and build a more integrated and empowered sense of self.

rating

Emotion-focused Therapy

Emotion-Focused Therapy helps clients explore, understand, and transform their emotional experiences. By working directly with emotions in a safe space, clients gain insight, reduce emotional distress, and learn how to respond to feelings in more adaptive, compassionate ways—leading to stronger relationships and deeper self-awareness.

rating

Polyvagal-informed Therapy

Polyvagal-informed Therapy helps clients understand their nervous system responses and develop tools to feel safer, more connected, and regulated. By working with the body’s physiological states—such as fight, flight, or shutdown—clients can move toward calm and connection, especially after trauma or chronic stress
