Integrative
I draw from a variety of evidence based techniques including psychoanalytic framework, CBT, DBT, ACT and mind and body based trauma informed techniques curated to suit your preferences and needs.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy
This is a evidence based modality that combines the power of eye movements (like in EMDR) to allow voluntary changes in your mind to help deal with symptoms of trauma including PTSD and CPTD, anxiety depression, OCD and more.
