EnglishHi there! I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. Taking the first step toward therapy isn’t easy, and I want you to know you don’t have to figure it all out alone anymore. This is a space where you can exhale, show up exactly as you are, and know you’ll be met with warmth, compassion, and zero judgment.
Background
I’ve spent years walking alongside people through some of life’s most overwhelming and uncertain moments. With a background in social work, I specialize in supporting people navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and that “stuck” feeling where everything feels too heavy to carry alone. My approach is trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and centered on your unique story, I see you as a whole person with strengths and wisdom, not a problem to fix.
Your therapeutic experience with me
Stepping into my care feels like having a teammate in your corner. We’ll move at your pace, gently untangling what feels complicated, making space for your feelings, and exploring ways forward that truly fit your life. My style is collaborative and supportive, creating safety and understanding while honouring your lived experiences including the ways culture, identity, and systems shape your world. Many clients tell me they leave our sessions feeling lighter, more grounded, and a little more hopeful, not because everything is solved, but because they no longer have to carry it all alone.
