Travailleur/Travailleuse Social(e)

This is a place to pause, breathe, and lay down what you’ve been carrying. Reaching out is not easy, it takes quiet strength to begin. Here, you are welcome exactly as you are. Together, we’ll create a space where your story can unfold safely, and where healing feels possible, one step at a time.
Background
As a Registered Social Worker, I bring a strong foundation of expertise in supporting individuals and families through some of life’s most challenging moments. I began my career in the youth protection sector, working with vulnerable children, adolescents, and their families in high-stakes situations requiring both compassion and decisive action. I have since built a private practice and provide individual therapy through Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), helping adults navigate stress, relationships, and personal growth. These experiences have equipped me with the skills to create a safe, focused, and empowering space where clients feel supported and confident in their journey.
Your therapeutic experience with me
My goal is to provide a space where you are fully seen and supported. I bring a compassionate, collaborative approach, blending evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused techniques, and a strengths-based lens to help you move forward with clarity and confidence. Together, we’ll explore what’s weighing on you, identify practical steps for change, and uncover the resilience you already carry within. Along the way, I bring not only gentle guidance but also moments of lightness and humor to make the process feel a little less heavy.
