Background

I'm a Registered Clinical Counsellor who believes in understanding what makes people tick, not just what makes them sick. I focus on understanding what drives each client, not just what challenges them. This is especially important in the context of men’s mental health. I strive to create a respectful, supportive space where clients feel seen and empowered. I have worked as a community support worker, crisis line operator, addictions counsellor, trauma therapist, and for a variety of agencies, but I now work solely in private practice as it allows me to meet my clients where they are at. When I am not in the therapist chair, I am a father of two, a woodworker, and a car enthusiast.

Your therapeutic experience with me

In my care, clients can expect a warm, respectful, and collaborative space where authenticity is valued and your story matters. Rooted in Adlerian therapy and CBT, my style blends gentle guidance with practical tools for meaningful change. I work alongside you to explore what drives you. Whether you are navigating addiction, stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, relationship, or other challenges challenges, you will be met with curiosity, compassion, and a genuine desire to understand. Together, we create a space where you feel truly seen.
