EnglishCantoneseMandarinMaybe you’re carrying the burden of anxiety, navigating a painful relationship, or questioning who you are. Maybe you're trying to keep up with life, while inside it feels like you're falling behind. If you’ve been hoping for a life that feels lighter, more fulfilling, or more connected, you’re not alone. It’s an important first step toward change and healing. I walk this healing journey together—at your pace, with care and understanding.
Background
I am a Registered Social Worker (BCCSW) with specialized training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and a Master’s Degree in Social Sciences (Mental Health). With years of experience practicing in both Hong Kong and Canada, I have supported individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, and psychotic disorders. I am also trained in Family Therapy and have extensive experience in working with couples and supporting relationship enrichment. Additionally, I am a Certified Facilitator for the PREPARE/ENRICH premarital and marital assessment tool.
Your therapeutic experience with me
I focus on helping individuals, couples, and families who are experiencing recurring patterns of conflict, disconnection, or emotional distress find a better way. I’m here to walk with you on the path toward healing and change. I take an integrative and hands-on approach when working with clients, often weaving in experiential activities to help bring insight to life through a combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Family Therapy.
