Background

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (BCACC) and Registered Social Worker (BCCSW) with specialized training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). With years of experience practicing in Hong Kong, Singapore and Canada, I have supported individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, and psychotic disorders. I am also trained in Family Therapy and have extensive experience in working with couples and families. I am also a Certified Facilitator for the PREPARE/ENRICH premarital and marital assessment.
