Many experiences leave lasting imprints that shape how we see ourselves, connect with others, and what we believe we deserve. Together, we can explore the roots of your struggles to heal emotional and relational wounds, feel grounded, and build authentic connections. My approach is warm, compassionate, and relational, helping you understand yourself more deeply, build self-trust, and create lasting personal growth.

Background

I’ve always been deeply drawn to understanding why we feel, connect, and make meaning of our experiences the way we do. This curiosity led me to focus on trauma, attachment, and relational patterns, since much of who we are today is shaped by past relationships and environments. My approach helps you explore the roots of your struggles and heal emotional and relational wounds, so you can build self-awareness, self-trust, emotional safety, and more secure connections—with yourself and others. I’m passionate about helping people make sense of their experiences and develop a kinder, stronger relationship with themselves.

Your therapeutic experience with me

Healing happens in connection—both with yourself and with others. I focus on uncovering the root causes of recurring struggles and the emotional and relational patterns that keep you feeling stuck. My aim is for you to feel truly seen, heard, and understood as you heal from your past, make sense of your present, and build hope for your future. Grounded in relational therapy, our connection becomes a powerful tool for growth. Experiencing genuine safety, acceptance, and understanding in therapy invites you to come home to yourself— and what a beautiful place that can be.

Therapeutic approaches

These are the approaches at the heart of my work, and I use them often because they help create meaningful change:

rating

Attachment Focused Therapy

Early experiences shape how we relate, cope, and view ourselves. In therapy, we explore how these experiences may contribute to insecurity, fear of abandonment, or difficulty with closeness. Together, we identify unmet needs, understand how the past affects the present, and build secure connections.

rating

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

We all have different parts of ourselves; some protective, some hurt, some needing to be heard. These parts often react as if past dangers still exist, creating conflict or self-criticism. Healing means understanding their needs, so you can relate to yourself with clarity and compassion.

rating

Emotion-focused Therapy (EFT)

EFIT helps you explore how emotions and attachment needs shape your relationships and daily life. By identifying and processing difficult feelings like anxiety, self-doubt, or fear of rejection, you can build self-trust, strengthen regulation, and develop more secure, resilient ways of relating.

rating

Psychodynamic Therapy

You can explore the deeper patterns shaping your thoughts, emotions, and relationships, including defenses formed to protect you from pain. By uncovering root causes of recurring struggles, you can understand how the past shapes the present and begin shifting patterns toward greater authenticity.

I also draw on other evidence based approaches that can gently support you when they align with what you need:
