EnglishPunjabiBackground
My name is Noor (she/they) & I identify as a South Asian, non-binary, queer & neurodivergent therapist. I focus on supporting fellow neurodivergent, queer & BIPOC folx with relationship difficulties, emotional processing, perfectionism, executive functioning & more. I recognize the nuanced relationship between social identities & well-being, and I'm conscious of how our current capitalist society impacts our well-being. This can then lead us to experience various struggle & feel like all we can do survive. But I believe that with the right support - we can thrive.
Your therapeutic experience with me
My approach is relational, collaborative, client-centered, trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and 2SLGBTQ+ & neurodivergent-affirming. Within our work together, we will explore your internal and external world through a lens of curiosity and compassion.
