Warm video welcome

Background
Grounded in a holistic, client-centered approach, Haifa creates a warm and supportive space where individuals can navigate life’s complexities with greater clarity, resilience, and self-trust. Integrating Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Somatic Experiencing (SE), Solutions-Focused Therapy (SFT), and mindfulness practices, Haifa works collaboratively with clients to address anxiety, depression, and the impacts of stress and trauma. Each session is tailored to your unique needs and goals, empowering you to reconnect with your inner strength.

Therapeutic approaches
These are my primary therapeutic approaches, backed by specialized training and extensive clinical experience.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
When life feels heavy or your mind just won’t slow down, CBT offers a way to make sense of it all. Haifa uses this approach to help you explore how your thoughts shape your emotions and actions — especially when anxiety, self-doubt, or past experiences are taking up too much space. Together, you’ll notice the patterns that keep you stuck and gently work to shift them, one step at a time. You’ll leave sessions with practical tools and deeper insight, feeling more grounded and in control of your emotional world.

Somatic Approach
Sometimes, words aren’t enough — especially when your body holds the stress, tension, or pain of what you’ve been through. Haifa uses Somatic Experiencing to help you slow down and tune in. Maybe you carry anxiety in your chest, or feel on edge without knowing why. In this work, we listen to the body’s cues, giving space for healing that doesn’t rely on pushing through or figuring it all out. Over time, this process helps you feel safer in your body, more present in your life, and more connected to yourself.

Solution-focused Therapy
When you’re feeling stuck, it can be hard to see a way forward. SFT helps shift the focus from what’s not working to what is. Haifa uses this approach to help you recognize your strengths, uncover small but meaningful changes, and build on the parts of your life that are already moving in the right direction. It’s a hopeful, empowering approach — one that reminds you that healing doesn’t always require digging into the past; sometimes, it starts with noticing what’s possible right now.

Mindfulness-based Therapy
Mindfulness invites clients to slow down and observe their thoughts and feelings with curiosity and compassion. This practice cultivates presence, reduces reactivity, and enhances emotional clarity and self-awareness.
