Therapeutic approaches
These are my primary therapeutic approaches, backed by specialized training and extensive clinical experience.

EMDR
EMDR supports individuals by facilitating the brain's natural healing process for traumatic or distressing memories. It uses bilateral stimulation, like eye movements, to help clients reprocess these memories, reducing their emotional impact and allowing them to develop healthier perspectives.

Solution-focused Therapy
Solution-focused therapy (SFT) helps clients by shifting the focus from problems to solutions, empowering them to identify and utilize their strengths to achieve their goals. It's a collaborative, future-oriented approach that emphasizes building on past successes and creating a vision for a desired future.

Acceptance Commitment Therapy
This modality helps clients by teaching them to accept difficult thoughts and feelings, rather than trying to control or avoid them, and to commit to actions that are aligned with their personal values. This approach fosters psychological flexibility, enabling individuals to navigate life's challenges with greater resilience and live a more fulfilling life.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
(CBT) helps clients by teaching them to identify and change negative or unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors, leading to improved emotional well-being and coping skills. It focuses on the present, empowering clients to manage current challenges and develop strategies for dealing with future difficulties.
