Therapeutic approaches
These are the approaches at the heart of my work, and I use them often because they help create meaningful change:

Bowen Therapy
Bowen family therapy is a systems-based approach that explores how family patterns influence individual behaviour. It emphasizes emotional interdependence, multigenerational dynamics, and differentiation of self. Therapists help clients understand relational patterns, manage anxiety.

Emotion-focused Therapy (EFT)

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
