Registered Social Worker

You've already taken a huge step towards feeling more like you again! If you find yourself constantly overthinking, lacking confidence or navigating a life change that feels unmanageable, I am here to meet you where you are with compassion and understanding. In our work together, we will slow things down to discover patterns that may no longer be serving you, connect to your deeper self and ensure you feel safe every step of the way. I look forward to working with you!
Background
I have wanted to be a therapist for as long as I can remember. I recall taking pride in being the "listening ear" to my peers ever since I was able. My desire to sit with people and meet them where they are lead me to this career and my genuine curiosity of others fuels my work in the therapy space. As a relational therapist, I show up as a human first, with the goal of creating a safe space for you to process, learn and grow! Over the years, I have worked with different populations and in clinical settings. Most recently, as a social worker in the ICU supporting critically ill patients and their families.
Your therapeutic experience with me
As your therapist, I come to sessions with a genuine care and interest in YOU! This means that I am curious about your favourite show as much as your current stressors or early experiences. My approach is collaborative, explorative and dynamic. As a fellow human, I do not have all the answers but I promise to provide a safe space where you feel comfortable to be curious and connect with the deeper parts of yourself. Therapy is a meaningful investment into your wellbeing and my endeavour is that from our very first consult call you feel the deep appreciation I have for your vulnerability and trust on this journey.
