EnglishWelcome. If you’re here, something in your life has been heavy for far too long. You may be carrying the weight of painful experiences, moments that still feel close no matter how much time has passed. In our work together, there’s space to slow down, understand what you’ve been through, and move toward relief at a pace that feels right for you. I bring curiosity, respect, and steadiness, so you don’t have to navigate this alone.
Background
You don’t have to go through hard times alone. For the past 10 years, I’ve walked alongside people facing life’s most challenging and transformative moments—helping them find clarity, healing, and hope. My experience spans inpatient psychiatric care, facilitating support groups for suicide loss survivors, and guiding teens and young adults through crisis. I’m a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist, trained in EMDR and CBT for anxiety disorders, and I use evidence-based tools in a warm, compassionate way. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for change, my goal is to create a safe space where you can explore your story, build resilience, and reconnect with your sense of self.
Your therapeutic experience with me
Therapy with me is a space to exhale—a place where you can lay down what you’ve been carrying and know you are met with warmth, care, and understanding. I work collaboratively, honoring your pace and your story, while drawing from a range of approaches to support your unique needs. My style is gentle yet intentional, creating room for both deep exploration and steady progress. Here, you are seen, valued, and supported as you move toward healing, growth, and a stronger connection to yourself.

Therapeutic approaches
These are the approaches at the heart of my work, and I use them often because they help create meaningful change:

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR)
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) can help the brain and body process painful or traumatic memories—reducing distress from PTSD, abuse, loss, or other overwhelming experiences.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Internal Family Systems (IFS) offers a compassionate way to connect with and heal the different “parts” of yourself that may hold pain, shame, or fear, helping you feel more whole.

Trauma-informed Therapy
Trauma-Informed Therapy creates a safe, respectful space that understands how past experiences can shape your thoughts, emotions, and relationships today.

Narrative Therapy
Narrative Therapy invites you to step back and see your life’s story from a new perspective—separating yourself from problems and reclaiming your voice.
I also draw on other evidence based approaches that can gently support you when they align with what you need:

Person-centered Approach
