EnglishThere are things that change the shape of your life. Sometimes you lose someone you love. Sometimes the loss is a relationship, your health, a role, a future you expected, or a sense of who you were. Caregiving and major change can also leave little room to process what you are carrying or to find your place in what comes next. You don’t need to know exactly what you need or have the right words. You can just start with what’s going on. Email me to book a free consultation.
Background
Hi! I’m Jessica Landry, a Registered Psychotherapist and the founder of The Golden Canopy. I am passionate about helping people navigate some of life's most painful chapters. My work focuses on grief and loss, caregiving, and the life transitions that can leave us wondering who we are now. My own experience with grief has shaped how I approach this work. I don’t believe in rushing people toward closure or trying to make every loss feel okay. I’m calm and down to earth, and I look forward to meeting you. I’m grateful that our paths have crossed.
Your therapeutic experience with me
You can arrive tired, uncertain, angry, relieved, sad, or not entirely sure what you feel. You do not need the right words or need to hold everything together here. We can make room for what has been lost and what everyday life is asking of you now — relationships, identity, caregiving, boundaries, needs, and the future you expected — without telling you how you should feel or where you should be by now.
