Registered Psychotherapist
EnglishPolishHello, I’m Jessica. I know trauma, addiction, and mental health struggles can feel like mountains blocking your light. You don’t have to face them alone. In our sessions, you’ll find compassion, safety, and no judgment—just space for your story, your pace, and your healing. Together, we’ll take meaningful steps toward balance, clarity, and hope.
Background
I’m a Registered Psychotherapist with over a decade of experience supporting individuals through trauma, addiction, and complex mental health challenges. My holistic approach blends evidence-based therapies like CBT, ACT, DBT, EMDR, and Internal Family Systems with somatic techniques, mindfulness, and energy medicine. I tailor care to your unique needs, drawing on extensive training from the Aura Institute of Integrative Therapeutics and ongoing professional learning.
Your therapeutic experience with me
In my care, you can expect warmth, patience, and genuine presence. Our work is collaborative—you lead the way, and I meet you with curiosity and compassion. Sessions may include gentle exploration, skill-building, and practical tools for everyday life. Whether we’re unpacking complex trauma, building recovery from addiction, or finding ways to manage mental health symptoms, my goal is to create a space where you feel seen, safe, and empowered.
Therapeutic approaches
These are the approaches at the heart of my work, and I use them often because they help create meaningful change:

Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Encourages self-understanding by exploring your inner “parts” with compassion.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR)
Helps the brain process and heal from trauma.

Somatic Therapy
Integrates mind-body awareness for deeper emotional release and healing.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Helps you identify and shift unhelpful thoughts and behaviours.
I also draw on other evidence based approaches that can gently support you when they align with what you need:

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Dialectical Behaviour Therapy
