Life changes, whether in your relationships, career, or otherwise, can feel overwhelming. It can feel like there is no way forward. You don’t have to navigate it alone. I offer a safe and supportive space where we can work together to find clarity and balance so you can feel more grounded and hopeful.

Background

Counselling is a second career for me, inspired by my love of supporting and mentoring others and my background in psychology, and my own experiences navigating tough life transitions with the help of counselling. It’s given me a deep appreciation for the importance of empathy, patience, and genuine human connection, which guide the way I work with clients. I focus on supporting women and individuals navigating major life transitions, including separation and divorce, coparenting, and career changes. I am passionate about providing compassionate, practical support to help clients feel understood, empowered, and ready to move forward."

Your therapeutic experience with me

Having been through some difficult life transitions myself, I understand how valuable professional support can be during times of change. I especially enjoy supporting women through relationship shifts, such as separation or divorce, and other life transitions or stress. My approach is grounded in empathy, understanding, and respect for your unique journey. When you work with me, you will have a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as you grow.
