Your therapeutic experience with me
My goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply, break free from unhelpful patterns, and create meaningful, lasting change. I draw from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), integrating tools that best support your growth and healing. I believe therapy works best when it’s a flexible, responsive partnership that is rooted in trust, curiosity, and compassion.
