Your therapeutic experience with me

My goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply, break free from unhelpful patterns, and create meaningful, lasting change. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), integrating tools that best support your growth and healing. I believe therapy works best when it’s a flexible, responsive partnership that is rooted in trust, curiosity, and compassion.
