Welcome. I'm so glad you're here. Reaching out takes courage, and every feeling you bring is welcome in this space. We'll move at your pace, starting from where you are and exploring where you want to go together. You don't have to have it all figured out—that's what we're here for. I'm committed to providing compassionate, collaborative, accessible care with sliding scale fees available to ensure therapy fits your budget

Background

I support clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges through evidence-based, heart-centered therapy. As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Certified Canadian Counsellor with crisis intervention and experience with veterans, I work with PTSD, attachment issues, complex trauma, and emotional regulation informed by DBT, Polyvagal Theory, and Internal Family Systems. My trauma-informed approach combines nervous system science with genuine connection to help you process difficult emotions, break generational patterns, and create lasting change through curiosity and compassion.

Your therapeutic experience with me

You deserve to be heard and understood. As a neurodivergent therapist specializing in anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and breaking intergenerational trauma, I provide heart-centered, trauma and science-informed care. When you sit with me, you'll feel genuinely understood by someone who gets it—I'm a parent who's navigated breaking generational cycles myself. There's space for all parts of your story, including difficult family patterns and relationship struggles. We'll explore attachment wounds and family dynamics with curiosity, not criticism. My trauma-informed approach helps you heal generational wounds and create healthier patterns moving forward.
