EnglishWelcome—I’m so glad you’re here. Reaching out takes courage, and every feeling you bring is welcome in this space. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Together, we’ll move at your pace, exploring patterns and building tools for healing and growth. My care is compassionate, collaborative, and accessible, with sliding-scale fees to help ensure therapy fits your life and needs.
Background
I support clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges through evidence-based, heart-centered therapy. As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Certified Canadian Counsellor with crisis intervention and experience with veterans, I work with PTSD, attachment issues, complex trauma, and emotional regulation informed by DBT, Polyvagal Theory, and Internal Family Systems. My trauma-informed approach combines nervous system science with genuine connection to help you process difficult emotions, break generational patterns, and create lasting change through curiosity and compassion.
Your therapeutic experience with me
When you sit with me, you’ll find a supportive space where every part of your story is welcome. I’m not your typical therapist—I bring warmth, curiosity, and a touch of humor to help make hard conversations feel a little lighter. As a neurodivergent parent who has worked to break generational cycles, I blend lived experience with clinical training. I support clients navigating anxiety, attachment, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges with a trauma-informed, science-based, and heart-centered approach, always moving at your pace.
