Background
I believe in the power of curiosity and connection. I'm a certified Canadian Counsellor and Counselling Therapist with ACTA, holding a Master's in Counselling. I bring both lived experience and professional expertise to my practice. My background spans advocacy work, texting crisis response for youth, family liaison work, and school counselling. I'm passionate about learning and dedicated to supporting you through continued education in Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, and Motivational Interviewing, among others.
Your therapeutic experience with me
Ready to take a step towards a new path forward? In our work together, we can examine your patterns and support you in taking that important first step toward the change you're seeking. As both a neurodivergent parent and counselor, I bring lived understanding alongside professional expertise. We'll explore what you want to shift in your life—together, at your own pace. My trauma-informed approach honors your nervous system, attachment patterns, and how past experiences shape daily life. I'm here to support you as small steps build toward growth, recognizing that your patterns are evidence of your resilience and wisdom.
