EnglishWelcome! I am currently taking new clients and have daytime and evening availability.
Background
My main areas of focus are trauma, grief, pregnancy and postpartum issues, and relationship issues, but I have experience supporting individuals with a wide variety of challenges. I strive to be flexible in how I approach therapy and tend to draw on several evidence-based therapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, and EMDR. Above all, I recognize that each person I work with is unique, and I aim to make your therapy experience tailored to you and respectful of your goals and hopes.
