Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Hello, I’m Katelyn. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. Whether you’re navigating an eating disorder, body image distress, anxiety, depression, or life changes, you don’t have to face it alone. Together, we’ll make space for your story, your emotions, and your goals—working at a pace that feels safe and supportive.
Background
I specialize in supporting clients with eating disorders—including anorexia, binge eating disorder, ARFID, chronic dieting, and body image concerns—as well as anxiety, depression, dissociation, and self-esteem issues. I also work with individuals and families navigating aging, health changes, and dementia. My integrative, client-centred approach draws from CBT, ACT, IFS, and emotion-focused therapy, combining practical tools with compassionate support to help you heal and grow.
Your therapeutic experience with me
In our sessions, you’ll find a compassionate partner in your healing. I blend structure with flexibility, offering both concrete strategies and space for deep emotional exploration. My approach to eating disorders is weight-inclusive and focused on restoring trust with your body. Whether we’re addressing anxiety, low mood, life transitions, or caregiving stress, I aim to help you feel understood, empowered, and more connected to yourself.
