Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Background
I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a BA in Psychology from York University. I’m fluent in Farsi and trained in suicide intervention, 2SLGBTQ+ support, art therapy, anger management, and conflict resolution. My clinical experience includes supporting trauma recovery, relationship challenges, and men’s mental health through my practicum at the Canadian Centre for Men and Families. My approach is holistic, compassionate, and collaborative.
Your therapeutic experience with me
Therapy with me is a collaborative journey where you are always seen, heard, and valued. We’ll work at a pace that feels safe for you, blending talk therapy with creative tools like art therapy to process emotions that are hard to put into words. Whether you’re navigating trauma, relationship struggles, or a search for meaning, I offer a supportive space to explore, heal, and grow. Together, we’ll strengthen self-kindness, resilience, and authentic connection.
