Background

I have experience supporting children, youth, families and adults with various challenges including anxiety, social anxiety, health anxiety, panic, relationship issues, depression, stress, burnout and insomnia. I work from a trauma informed lens and brings a compassionate, non-judgemental approach to my practice. I provide an active form of treatment that encourages clients to learn healthier coping skills that can be used independently and enable them to explore patterns, perspectives and better handle lifes uncertainties. I am committed to a strengths based, client centered approach to help clients meet their goals. Lisa works collaboratively to empower and build capacity and resiliency.
