Your therapeutic experience with me

I help queer, neurodivergent and chronically ill folks who've experienced trauma (childhood trauma, medical trauma, queerphobia, growing up undiagnosed, or more). You have not been taken seriously by those around you and are repeatedly failed by the very professionals supposed to help. You are grieving the life you could have had if your needs were properly addressed, and are now fearing for what your future looks like. You are scared of reaching out for help because you haven't been believed your whole life. You've always felt like something was wrong with you, and this is making you feel isolated. You feel like you're too much. You deserve to be taken seriously.

EMDR

Using EMDR allows us to do more than only talk therapy and get to the root of what you are struggling with. It is a more body based approach, allows us to target traumatic experiences or emotionally charged beliefs
