Background
We are all on a journey, and self-discovery is an essential part of this. Let us work together to help you become the version of yourself you wish to be, and to face the barriers together. Self doubt, anxiety, fear, ADHD challenges, and the 'big' questions in life ("Why am I here?", "Is this all there is?", "What's the point of all this?") or the gravity of our own mortality can hold us back, but the only way out is through - let's face these challenges. I use an existential and liberationist approach to therapy - recognizing our own agency and calling out systemic problems. Let us meet for a free consultation, and see if we have rapport!
Your therapeutic experience with me
My goal whenever I work with someone is to provide a safe space in which you feel welcome to be yourself, and to explore what that means. It is not my job to offer hollow validations, but I do certainly help you shine a light on the parts that you wish to highlight, to help you uncover the parts you wish to uncover, and to 'shake the tree' by encouraging you to challenge any part of yourself that may not be serving your better interests. I hope to be a fresh set of eyes, a sympathetic ear, and an honest voice.
