EnglishFarsiHello dear soul! Thank you for visiting me here. Stirring some uncomfortable or painful memories, experiences, and emotions that have been carefully tucked away, sometimes for years, can be unnerving. It will take courage. But I promise you, I will be walking alongside, holding space for you and guiding you as you move to rediscover your strengths and abilities to embrace the life you’ve envisioned. You won’t be alone.
Background
I take a holistic approach to mental wellness, recognizing the significance of mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of our lives in developing a healthy mind and body. To inform my practice, I draw from evidence-based modalities such as person-centered therapy, attachment-based therapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (SP), mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and the Gottman Method couples therapy. With over 16 years of experience in mental health, I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, attachment wounds, grief, relationship and family challenges, and parenting.
Your therapeutic experience with me
I approach therapy as a collaborative, human process. I won’t just sit quietly or offer surface-level advice. Together, we’ll gently build self-awareness, explore your experiences, and make sense of patterns in a way that feels grounded and meaningful to you. Our work will feel supportive, steady, and real. You can expect warmth, honesty, and a space where you’re truly heard. From there, we’ll begin to uncover your capacity for resilience and create room for lasting, meaningful change—at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we’ll help you feel more grounded, connected to yourself, and at ease in your life.
