Background

I’m a trauma-informed integrative therapist who tailors care to each unique individual. My approach blends evidence-based practices like somatic work, mindful self-compassion, and polyvagal theory to support nervous system healing and emotional well-being. I view emotions not as problems to fix, but as signals guiding us toward deeper safety, connection, and self-trust. Together, we’ll work at your pace to cultivate clarity, resilience, and a sense of being truly seen. I offer a free 15-minute consultation to explore if we’re a good fit.

Your therapeutic experience with me

In my care, clients can expect a calm, non-judgmental space where all parts of them are welcome. I offer gentle, collaborative guidance — never pushing, always attuning to what feels safe and possible in the moment. Sessions often weave quiet reflection with somatic awareness, helping you tune into your body’s wisdom and feel more grounded in your experience. I’ll support you in making sense of emotions, patterns, and past experiences without rushing your process. Many clients say they feel deeply seen and able to exhale — perhaps for the first time in a long time.

Therapeutic approaches

These are the approaches at the heart of my work, and I use them often because they help create meaningful change:

rating

Somatic Therapy

This approach integrates body awareness with attachment theory to gently uncover how past relationships have shaped your present experience. Together, we explore sensations and emotions in the body, helping you develop deeper self-trust, emotional regulation, and relational safety.

rating

Polyvagal

Grounded in nervous system science, this framework helps us understand how your body responds to stress and connection. I use it to guide practices that restore a sense of calm and safety — not just mentally, but physiologically — empowering you to move through the world with more ease.

rating

Mindfulness

This gentle, research-backed approach helps you relate to yourself with kindness instead of criticism. It’s especially helpful in moments of shame, overwhelm, or burnout. Through mindful practices, we cultivate inner warmth, balance, and emotional strength.

Trauma-informed Therapy

I bring a trauma-sensitive lens to all of my work. This means honoring your pace, your boundaries, and your innate capacity to heal. You’ll never be pushed to revisit something before you’re ready — instead, we work together to build the internal resources needed for sustainable healing.

I also draw on other evidence based approaches that can gently support you when they align with what you need:
