My approach is client-centered, but I also draw from psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural therapies, depending on your needs. I use a collaborative approach to therapy and view you as the expert on your own life. My role is to help you identify your strengths, shed light on unhelpful thoughts, and help you develop insight into old patterns. My aim is to help you gain a deep understanding of yourself so you can live an authentic, fulfilling, and meaningful life.
