EnglishYour therapeutic experience with me
My approach is client-centered, but I also draw from psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural therapies, depending on your needs. I use a collaborative approach to therapy and view you as the expert on your own life. My role is to help you identify your strengths, shed light on unhelpful thoughts, and help you develop insight into old patterns. My aim is to help you gain a deep understanding of yourself so you can live an authentic, fulfilling, and meaningful life.
Therapeutic approaches
These are the approaches at the heart of my work, and I use them often because they help create meaningful change:

Person-centered Approach
This approach views you as the expert on your own life. I help facilitate your self-exploration of feelings, awareness, and personal growth.

Psychodynamic Therapy
This approach helps to uncover unconscious patterns or past experiences that are affecting your present day.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
This approach examines the interplay between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. It can help you examine, challenge, and restructure unhelpful thoughts or beliefs.
Focused populations and cultural backgrounds
These are the communities and cultural backgrounds I focus on, and I bring a sincere commitment to supporting you in a way that feels respectful and genuine:
