Here you are, wanting more for yourself. I would like to walk alongside you as you brave what's already inside of you. At times, I will ask difficult questions, I will challenge patterns when you are ready, and importantly, I will aim to connect your mind with your body. You are safe here. You set the pace.

Background

My path into therapy started by working as a teacher. This spark in me that never faded: a fascination with human connection and a deep respect for the emotional lives of others. I believe that when we better understand ourselves, we begin to shift the way we show up in our relationships. That shift can strengthen families, either by working together as a unit or by starting with one person’s growth and self-awareness. My approach is warm, intuitive, and collaborative, grounded in person-centered theories. I also value working alongside other practitioners when needed to ensure a holistic perspective is held and optimal health can be supported for all clients.

Your therapeutic experience with me

Working with me is compassionate, but it’s not always comfortable. I’m not here to be your friend, I’m here to help you change. I ask difficult questions, challenge patterns, and bring awareness to the places where the body and mind are out of sync. We’ll explore how emotions show up physically, and how physical symptoms can be rooted in unspoken emotional pain. I believe healing rests on clear pillars: safety, connection, nutrition, movement, rest, and meaning. In our work, you can expect honesty, curiosity, and a deep respect for your capacity to grow, even when it feels hard.
