Welcome. I know reaching out can feel like a big step, and I’m honoured you’re here. This is a space where you can speak openly, without judgment, and begin to set down what you’ve been carrying. Together, we’ll explore your story with compassion, curiosity, and care, so you feel seen, understood, and supported as you move toward the life you want.

Background

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) completing my MA in Counselling Psychology, with a passion for helping clients feel seen, understood, and empowered. My work is shaped by both professional training and lived experience as a South Asian/East African Muslim woman navigating layered identity, cultural expectations, and life transitions. I draw from CBT, Internal Family Systems, and psychoanalytic approaches, tailoring each session to meet you where you are so we can create meaningful, lasting change together.

Your therapeutic experience with me

In our work together, you can expect a warm, non-judgmental space where you can put down some of what you’ve been carrying and speak freely. I approach therapy as a collaborative exploration, guiding you with curiosity and compassion to uncover the roots of your struggles and the patterns that keep you feeling stuck. I’ll meet you where you are—whether that’s gently untangling family or cultural pressures, exploring identity, or learning to quiet your inner critic—so you feel seen, understood, and supported as you move toward a more grounded and authentic life.
