Background

I have worked in mental health since 2016 and have worked as a clinical therapist since 2022. What matters to me as a therapist is ensuring clients are getting what they need to see progress. I believe that anyone has the capacity for change, and with the right support and motivation, meaningful growth is always possible. I never want anyone to feel like they are alone or suffering in silence. Your goals and growth matter to me more than anything. I like to keep my sessions a space where you can be one hundred percent yourself without judgment. I encourage open communication to ensure that if something is not working, I can adjust my process right away.

Your therapeutic experience with me

I offer an integrative approach to therapy that is tailored specifically to your needs and preferences. I use mainly Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, and Trauma-Focused. My approach is a collaborative, supportive environment that gives you time and space for growth at a comfortable and manageable pace. I never want my clients to feel too rushed or too much pressure, as this usually ensures sustainable changes.

rating

Person-centered Approach

My approach is person-centered, meaning I see you as the expert in your life. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can be fully yourself. I’ll walk alongside you with empathy, unconditional support, and honesty as you explore your thoughts and goals at your own pace.

Emotion-focused Therapy (EFT)

Emotionally Focused Therapy helps you understand and reshape emotional patterns in relationships. We’ll explore your deeper emotions and needs to build stronger bonds, improve communication, and create a secure, supportive connection with yourself or others.

rating

Narrative Therapy

Narrative Therapy helps you explore the stories you tell about yourself and your life. Together, we’ll uncover how these narratives shape your identity—and work to rewrite ones that no longer serve you, so you can move forward with clarity, strength, and purpose.

Dialectical Behaviour Therapy

DBT helps you manage intense emotions, build healthier relationships, and stay present in the moment. Through skills like mindfulness, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance, we work toward balance, self-acceptance, and lasting change.

I also draw on other evidence based approaches that can gently support you when they align with what you need:
