EnglishIt's hard to explain what this loss has done to you. Some days you're flooded with images and what-ifs, other days you feel nothing at all. Emotions crash into each other, guilt, anger, relief, love, disbelief, and you wonder if this even counts as grief. The world expects you to move on but you feel frozen in the moment that everything changed and no one seems to understand how disorienting this type of grief is. Grief like this doesn’t just live in your mind, it lives in your body, too.
Background
My work is shaped by years of supporting clients through sudden loss, traumatic grief, and the impact of spiritual abuse on one’s sense of self. I’m drawn to the places where grief, identity, and meaning intersect.
Your therapeutic experience with me
In our work, you’ll find a calm, steady space where your experiences are taken seriously and explored with care. I use EMDR and Narrative Therapy as guidance to help you make sense of sudden loss and/or the impact of spiritual abuse. Sessions focus on clarity, choice, and helping you reconnect with parts of yourself that have felt silenced or overwhelmed.
