Welcome. I’m so glad you’re here, taking this step is an act of courage. In our work together, you’ll find a space where you can breathe, be seen, and be heard without judgment. You don’t have to carry it all alone anymore. Welcome. स्वागत है. You are safe to bring your whole self here, just as you are.

Background

As a South Asian therapist and coach, I know how important it is to feel understood, especially when navigating trauma, relationships, or identity. My 17+ years in corporate leadership and behavioral coaching taught me how people grow best when they feel safe, seen, and supported. Now, as a Psychotherapist, I bring that same balance of compassion and practicality to help you untangle old patterns, reclaim your voice, and move toward healing that feels true to you, that is grounded in cultural awareness, education, and personal resilience.

Your therapeutic experience with me

With me, you'll step into a space where you are truly seen and your story matters. Here, gentle guidance meets heartfelt listening, and practical strategies to implement. Together, we explore, untangle, and illuminate the patterns that hold you back, at a pace that feels safe and right for you. You’ll leave feeling understood, grounded, and empowered, ready to reclaim your voice, embrace your truth, and take courageous steps toward healing.
