Acceptance And Commitment Therapy (ACT)

ACT is an approach that helps to develop psychological flexibility, allowing a more peaceful and less judgmental relationship with our thoughts and feelings. A key aspect of ACT is engaging in committed action that aligns with your personal values - in other words, "do what matters to you"!

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

CBT focuses on the three aspects of thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. CBT can be really helpful for reframing unhelpful thoughts that are getting in the way of the things that you want to do.
