I’m here to support you on that journey. As someone who has experienced the vulnerability of reaching out, I understand how nerve-wracking this can be. I offer counselling services in both English and Spanish to adolescents & adults (ages 12+), as well as couples seeking to strengthen their relationships.

I have been supporting clients for a few years now and I really enjoy the work that I do. I am passionate about helping people navigate through difficult circumstances and emotions. I do my very best to ensure that you feel comfortable, safe, supported and heard during our sessions together.

I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from a variety of evidence-based modalities tailored to each client’s unique needs. These include CBT, DBT, SFBT, MBCT, Person-Centred Therapy, & Trauma-Focused Interventions. My practice supports individuals navigating a wide range of challenges, including depression, ADHD, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, trauma, borderline personality disorder (BPD), bipolar disorder, low self-esteem, self-harm, emotional dysregulation, burnout, family conflict, and chronic illness.
