Background

I’m Harpreet, a social worker who believes therapy should feel safe, supportive, and human. My journey into this work grew from a deep commitment to helping people feel less alone with their struggles and more connected to their strengths. I’ve supported clients through anxiety, grief, shame, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative and compassionate — I walk alongside you rather than lead from ahead. I value authenticity, curiosity, and creating a space where you can bring your full self. Together, we focus on healing, growth, and building a deeper connection to yourself and the life you want.
