I believe that when we feel silenced, trapped, and depleted by the things we have to carry alone without any relief or resolve, we become ill and stuck. We may even have this gnawing feeling that something is very very wrong. Call it anxiety, depression, stress, or that “there is just something wrong with me”; the label is less important.
