Through humour, respect, and personalized care, I'll be by your side as you navigate toward a brighter, more fulfilling future.

Whatever brings you to my office, I aim to provide the counselling support, tools, and guidance you may need to foster restoration and personal growth. My goal is to create a space where healing feels gentle, real, and deeply supportive for those carrying relational woundedness, trauma, substance misuse issues, mental health difficulty, or simply longing for a softer way forward. I can also include a Christian perspective in therapy when requested, though I do support other spiritual beliefs.

I offer counselling services in both English and Spanish to adolescents & adults (ages 16+), as well as couples seeking to strengthen their relationships.

My role is not just to walk along side you, but rather to support you while we work to help you unravel childhood wounds & unhelpful narratives that are attached to them. Together we will discover how these experiences contribute to pain that you carry into your current life. I work with you to help you be in touch with the underlying emotions that you carry day to day and give them a safe space to surface and feel.
